I had to deal with aftercare for a return and repair, and it was easy. No hassle, no unnecessary back-and-forth, just a smooth process from start to finish.

I ordered a ring from Foundrae and wasn’t totally sure about the size at first, since I can fall between sizes depending on the brand. I had a feeling their size guide was probably accurate, so I just went with my usual size.

When it arrived, it fit pretty much exactly how I hoped. It wasn’t squeezing my finger, but it also wasn’t sliding around or spinning the whole time. I wore it for a full day and barely thought about it, which is always a good sign.
I’m relieved because dealing with sizing exchanges is such a hassle. My first instinct ended up being right, and I’d definitely order my regular size again.

i stopped by the Foundrae store while i was in New York and had such a nice time. the staff were super easygoing, let me try things on without making it feel pushy, and helped me figure out sizing. my necklace was packed up really beautifully too. it’s definitely pricey, but it felt worth it to me.

Ordering was easy, really easy, and the checkout didn’t give me any trouble. It showed up quick and everything arrived fine.

It looked okay overall. The packaging was nice, but it felt a bit much and kind of unnecessary for what it was.

The item itself was fine once it finally arrived, so I don’t really have complaints about the product. But the delivery took way longer than expected, and I didn’t get any updates along the way, which was frustrating. A little communication would’ve made the whole experience a lot better.

The design is so beautiful, and it feels really personal to me :) It has such a special meaning behind it!

I really liked the look of the necklace when it arrived, and the design is definitely cute. But once I picked it up, it felt a lot lighter than I expected, and the clasp doesn’t feel super sturdy. It makes me wonder how well it’ll hold up over time. For the price, I was hoping it would feel a bit more solid.
